These terms govern access to and use of the Cliff & Co public website.

This website is owned and operated by Cliff and Family Pty Ltd (ABN 75 699 047 151) under the Cliff & Co brand (“Cliff & Co”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

2. Website information and separate client agreements

The website provides general information about Cliff & Co, the Cliff platform, managed AI operations and related services. It is not professional advice, a binding offer, a product warranty or a substitute for assessing your organisation’s specific requirements.

Any operating review, managed service, platform access, software licence, integration, customer-owned development or other engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement. If there is an inconsistency, that agreement governs the relevant service.

3. No reliance on illustrative material

Examples, diagrams, workflows and descriptions may be conceptual or illustrative. They do not promise that a particular feature, integration, outcome or level of automation is available or suitable for every organisation.
